Jackie Whitmore, has recently become a founding member of the Zita West network for Reproductive Health.

The new network aims to share the unique skills and experience of Zita and her team of doctors, midwives and complementary therapists. The Zita West Clinic is the largest integrated (medical and complementary) practice in the UK specialising in all aspects of male and female reproductive health.

Women undergoing fertility treatment are far more likely to successfully give birth if they also have acupuncture, a major scientific study has concluded.

“Acupuncture helps back pain”

A German research study of 1162 adults with chronic low back pain has shown that 48% of those patients having acupuncture reported a significant reduction in pain. This compared to just 27% of those patients who were given drug and exercise therapy.
